I don't know what Maureen's problems were but my family and now all of my friends that I have told about this store LOVE IT! The people that work there are super nice and very helpful and the shirts they sell are of very high quality for really reasonable prices. My husband and I were trying to come up with a design to celebrate our daughter's first birthday and the owner did an amazing design using my daughter's photo and some graphics that all of our guests raved about. This store offers great service in a very fun and relaxed atmosphere and even though they were very busy the day we visited, they gave us all of their attention until we got the design just the way we wanted.

I would never recommend, or use this merchant again. They failed to deliver a t-shirt design as promised. They also never called to tell me that it would be late. In fact, when I called on the day it was due, I was told I would have it by the end of the day. They never sent the design, nor did they call me that day or even the following work day to explain. I went in to recover my deposit and my ideas for the design, and was refused not only a refund, but the items I brought to the store for ideas.
