The jury is still out on this operation. We wanted luxury but instead got an old Merv Griffin Hotel room in the Nassau with many of the ammenities shut down for renovation including the swimming pool! We had to trek way across to other hotels within the "Atlantis" property to get basic services like food, transportation, check-in, beach towels, beach access, etc. One thing you can say, we did get out excercise walking back and forth. We made complaints to the front desk to no avail. We called Cataract while there to help get this rectified and get moved to another hotel - those efforts proved fruitless. Called Delta Vacation to complain, they offered up a $100 voucher toward another trip, right, like I'm going to book another trip with them. We'll see what happens. I will keep you posted
