Dr. Patrignani and Dr. Kohout have completed two years of post-dental studies in orthodontics in programs accredited by the American Dental Association. This educational background entitles them to membership in the American Association of Orthodontists and to use the term "Specialist in Orthodontics". Any dentist is able to legally perform orthodontic treatment but only the certified specialist has intense training in the diagnosis and treatment of abnormally positioned teeth and their supporting structures. We limit our practice entirely to orthodontics for children and adults. Our patients are referred by dentists, physicians and our satisfied current and former patients.
