| General Contracting is the most traditional approach to Project Delivery Systems. Approximately 80 percent of Peyton Barlow General Contracting projects are open competitive bid and around 15 percent are bid under a select list situation. Another small percentage include privately negotiated projects. The type of work ranges from public works to religious institutions to high-end residential projects. Much of the work that Peyton Barlow is involved with has a restorative element, which is where we have really earned our reputation over the past 10 years of business. |
